Origin: Born in The Haque, The Netherlands

Willem began his career at Robeco in 1978 and later became head of research at Van Meer James Capel. There he established the Orange Fund, the first fund specifically focused on listed small companies in the Netherlands. Later, the Add Value Fund was added, which focused on small and mid-cap funds. He joined Noesis B.V. in 2023 in an advisory role in building the portfolios.
